Company History

At Berry Plastics, we are extremely proud of our history, and we welcome the opportunity to share information regarding our success stories and continued support of our local communities and environment. Our history is rich in product innovation, customer focus, and strategic growth. Throughout our history, it has been the dedication of our team members that has allowed Berry to grow into a leading global manufacturer of injection-molded plastic packaging, thermoformed products, flexible films and packaging, as well as tapes and corrosion protection products.

We began more than three decades ago with a simple vision: to become the leading manufacturer of injection molded packaging in the United States. That vision has been realized and exceeded. Today, Berry Plastics is comprised of four divisions:
  • Engineered Materials
  • Flexible Packaging
  • Rigid Closed Top
  • Rigid Open Top
